the location was great! it was super central for exploring. i really liked the complimentary drinks available, a very nice touch after a long day.

the soundproofing wasn't great! i could hear noise from the hallway pretty clearly. also, the automatic water faucet in the bathroom was a bit odd and sometimes didn't work well.

the staff were wonderfully kind and helpful. a beautiful walkway led to our room, it was enchanting. the toilet was impeccably clean, a small haven. our balcony offered a good view, each morning reminded me of a dream.

The carpet had some stains. Though it was minor, it did catch my eye.

I found the location convenient. maxwell station is a short walk away. the hotel also offers easy access to many eateries, from hawker stalls to fine dining establishments. i could easily explore local food and upscale cuisine. free snacks and drinks available around the clock were a lovely touch. I particularly appreciated this.

the steps leading to rooms were a bit unexpected. it wasn't a major issue, but it did require a little extra attention when navigating with luggage.

The furniture showed wear. The furnishings were not in top condition. The cleanliness was lacking. This was quite disappointing for a hotel in this price range.
